This is Postpartum rehab. Balloon breathing durin This is Postpartum rehab.  Balloon breathing during a functional squat to work on coordination of transverse abdominals, pelvic floor and respiratory diaphragm while managing trunk pressures. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. The challenge is you’re not allowed to close off the balloon in any way on the inhale. Congrats on your new little one!!
