Kristi delights in helping you solve the puzzle of your well-being. She is constantly amazed by the ways in which the body will compensate in order to function in the world. She feels that listening closely to you and your body is the key to revealing the sources of your body’s imbalance. Using her extensive toolbox gained over four decades as a Physical Therapist, Kristi will support your body as it re-calibrates. Her intention is for you to feel better and move better with a reduced risk of re-injury.

Personal Interests:
Kristi is a lifelong learner and is constantly taking classes in various healing modalities. When not studying, she can be found outside – hiking, skiing, biking or playing in her garden. She loves spending time on the Oregon Coast and traveling with friends. Kristi can also be found scoping out new crystal shops or learning new steps on the dance floor.
