Deb brings her love of sports and experience as an elite level Ultimate Frisbee player to her practice, with the goal of bringing out the athlete in everyone no matter what their activity of choice. She treats to find the root cause so you will not only feel better, but move better. Deb utilizes a variety of techniques in evidence-based treatments that are tailored to best match each person’s symptoms, movement patterns, and goals. In collaboration with a local women’s health PT and a personal trainer/strength coach, Deb and her colleagues developed a “Post-Partum Return to Performance” program to help active moms regain their strength, stability, and higher-level function no matter how far away from childbirth they may be.
