business, Woman-owned and operated by a
Physical Therapist. Kathleen Caples created
SagePT in 2014 to enable her vision for higher
standards of care and a deeper focus on
individual patient needs. SagePT is now
celebrating 10 wonderful years serving the
community. We are proud to be the Physical
Therapy provider for Seattle’s professional
Ultimate Frisbee teams Seattle Tempest and
Seattle Cascades.
At Sage, the goal is to empower our patients
with the knowledge to understand their
injuries and to enable our patients to not only
heal, but prevent recurrence while maintaining
