Competitive Olympic lifter recovering from meniscu

Competitive Olympic lifter recovering from meniscus surgery. She was having pain and difficulty with single leg squatting. Manually rotating her tibia internally as she squatted took her pain away so we drilled some pistol squats with TRX assist and Theraband wrap pulling her tibia into internal rotation. A few hours later at the gym her neuro motor control had improved enough to pistol squat without the TRX. Great work @daisymay1802 ⭐️💪 We scienced the sh!t out of that squat!!
