Meet Kathleen:
Kathleen is passionate about restorative care and empowering her patients during the recovery process. Her goal is to always treat the whole patient, not just the injury, to create lasting healing, not just temporary relief. With almost 20 years as a Physical Therapist, Kathleen is honored to have the opportunity to participate in her patient’s recovery and empower them with the knowledge to heal themselves.

Personal Interests:

Kathleen enjoys spinning, gourmet cooking, traveling the world and reading non-fiction. In college, she rowed competitively with WSU varsity women’s crew, but for now rows on an erg on dry land. Kathleen also snowboards, gardens and adores spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Lizette Arroyo-Dillard

Meet Lizette:

Lizette is the Sage Physical Therapy office and social media manager and prior to joining the team developed a well-established career in the restaurant and service industry. In 2017, she turned her focus to developing passions for physical and mental health and is currently working on her CSCS certification. Lizette is excited to serve clients in the Seattle area and looks forward to helping them achieve their goals both physically and on deeper levels.

Personal Interests:

When not at Sage PT, Lizette can be found salsa dancing or cheering on her favorite soccer team. She loves to run, enjoy all kinds of cuisine, travel as much as possible, and has a healthy obsession with fashion. Lizette is also fluent in Spanish and holds a deep passion for empowering the Mexican-American community.
